Police say three people have been killed while 19 others were injured after a head-on collision in Harare.
In a statement, national police spokesperson Commissioner Paul Nyathi said the accident happened on Wednesday around 17:30 along Glen Eagles Road, near First Class Bus Garage.
He said a Toyota Hiace commuter omnibus carrying 20 passengers collided head-on with a Mercedes-Benz Atego truck that had three people on board. Bodies of the victims were taken to Sally Mugabe Hospital mortuary for post-mortem, while the injured are admitted at the same hospital.
